CITTA DELLA PIEVE: This property, located near the vibrant Tuscan/Umbrian town of Citta della Pieve, has been recently renovated to very high standards. Everything is new! It has been designed to be comfortable yet authentic and charming. Built as a farming estate in the 17th century, the villa retains much of the original architectural detail including terra cotta floors and wood beamed brick ceilings. The owner has even restored a fresco of the crucifixion on the dining room wall. The house sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. On the first two levels, there are 2 private Bedroom Suites, each with its own living room, bathroom and separate entrance for added privacy and on the third level there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa is situated among olive groves and vineyards (the owner makes his own wine and olive oil) with panoramic views of the countryside, but has the added benefit of being walking distance to a charming medieval village where you will find a number of good restaurants and several grocers and banks. There is also an etruscan grotto on the property that dates back 2000 years. The swimming pool is set in a tranquil location on the property that offers good sun and plenty of privacy for those days when you prefer to relax under the Tuscan Sun!

SARTEANO: This lovely villa is a large, inviting farmhouse dating from the 1600s. Not quite 4 km from the charming Tuscan town of Sarteano, it is completely private, but by no means isolated. There is an ancient church located a short distance down the road. It is said that Saint Francis of Assisi was tempted by the devil while meditating in a grotto here. To celebrate his victory over the Great Tempter, his followers constructed a convent and later the church.
The villa is set perfectly on the hillside with a gorgeous view of the valley below. Outside, the old barn has been transformed into a wonderful place for dining al fresco with a great stone table and nearby barbecue. The pool is set in a clearing for maximum sun and view of the valley below. The Tuscan Countryside at its very best!

The villa will accomodate a group of 10 - 12 comfortably. The ground floor, once the stables, now has an inviting sitting room with a vast open fireplace, a dining table to seat 12 comfortably, satellite TV and doors leading to the grounds. In addition, there is a laundry room, a game room (with a type of sofa bed), and a charming double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The owners have retained the original arched brick ceiling and terracotta floors and the home's original brick-built bread oven remains in the hall by the front door. Upstairs, you’ll find another cozy sitting room with a large fireplace, a nicely equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator and a large range with 5 gas burners, another spacious dining area and 4 additional bedrooms and 3 modern ceramic tiled baths each with a hairdryer.

RADDA IN CHIANTI: This residence, located in the heart of the Chianti region, has been entirely rebuilt, furnished, and equipped to the most exacting functional and aesthetic standards to welcome a few discerning and demanding travelers. The 300-year-old stone house is now divided by floor into the Owners' Residence and a Guest Apartment, each with a fully-equipped, separate kitchen, large living room, two gracious bedrooms, and two new bathrooms. For larger parties, the two apartments can be combined. For a couple traveling alone, the Guest Apartment is also available in a one bedroom/one bath configuration.

Unlike other Tuscan rental properties, this villa boasts new, modern, safe and ample electricity, water, sewer, and central heat with individual controls. At the same time, however, care was taken in the renovation to preserve and restore the traditional Tuscan farm architecture, including beamed ceilings, terra cotta floors, brick arches, and whitewashed walls. The kitchens and dining room are fully equipped for preparation of anything from a quick espresso to a gourmet dinner.
